Becase Williams Engineering Canada shirk their responsibility after they damaged our parking floor. All the owners have to pay another $4 million to hire another company to fix their problem. and this is not included the $1 million payment that WEC has received before they ran away from their duty.
Finally, the provincial court judge they're in guilty. although we don't know when the residents can get the money back, but at least, we know it will back someday.
