脂肪肝应注意的饮食

    脂肪肝患者该怎么吃？
    （1）选用去脂牛奶：牛奶煮开后冷却，去掉上浮奶膜，再煮开，再冷却去皮，如此去三次奶皮的牛奶叫去脂奶。     （2）患者如不吃猪牛兔肉，但吃鱼和禽蛋，则吃鸡蛋黄每天应不超过1个半。     （3）吃少油豆制品，如豆腐，白豆干，豆腐片丝，面筋，生麸等。     （4）烹调时尽量少用油，只用橄榄油、葵花子油、豆油、芝麻油、菜籽油等植物油，忌用动物油，每天用油量不超过2钱。     （5）禁食黄油、猪油、肥肉、动物内脏；吃瘦肉时，务必将看得见的肥肉剔去；吃脑髓、鱼子亦要限量。     （6）忌食煎炸之品，多用蒸、煮、炖、氽、熬、拌等烹调法。

Spring Lawn Care Tip #1: Raking

Raking will be your first task of spring lawn care. Okay, I can hear the groans coming from all lands near and far, wherever grassy carpets are cultivated: "But we already raked leaves in the fall!" Sorry, but raking is for more than just removing leaves: it's for controlling thatch, too. A thatch build-up of more than 1/2 inch is considered excessive.

1. When to change?

The situation could leave you stranded on a highway or busy metropolitan street waiting for a costly tow to a local repair shop.

Listen for signs of impending belt failure. A squealing noise when the car accelerates means the belt is slipping and is not efficiently turning the drive accessories. The belt tensioner also could be worn and in need of immediate replacement.

Look for excessive cracks in the belt’s V-ribs, and chunks that have broken off the ribs.

Gates engineers say, however, visual appearance is not a reliable indicator of the expected service life of a belt. They recommend replacing the serpentine belt every four years.

Ask your technician to check both the belt and the tensioner while the car is being serviced this spring.

To inspect a serpentine belt for wear, turn the engine off and twist the belt slightly. If the V-ribs show excessive cracks or chucks are missing, have the belt replaced immediately before it fails.
