祛寒：生姜在中医上属于辛温解表药，有祛寒解表的作用，而且毒副作用较小。现代医学认为生姜能够刺激毛细血管，改善局部血液循环和新陈代谢。怕冷、 容易手脚冰凉的人可以用生姜泡脚。

客观：哲学术语，指的是人们看事物的一种态度，不以特定人的角度去看待事物，也就是事物本身的属性，不以人的意志而转移。另外，客观也指事物的本来存在状态。指事物的一种自然属性和社会属性存在。
