诺大的后院，只有我一个人，一张椅，坐在清晨，温暖的草地上。一只灰褐色的小松鼠在围栏上跑来跑去，是那么轻松自如，做出一个体操运动天才需要学习几年，甚至十几年也未必能做到各种动作。几个咬断的树籽掉在我身上，又是几枝。抬头望去，浓密的树叶把视线挡个严实，不知道是谁搞得鬼。管他，反正不是松鼠就是什么不知名的鸟。yeah，我看到了，一只黑色的松鼠跑了下来，立在围栏上，上下打量着我，又吱，吱地叫了两声，好像在问：你是谁?为什么坐在我的地盘？一只腹部褐黄，背部灰褐色的小鸟也在另外一棵老榆树上，跳跃玩耍，不时看我一眼，发出短促，而又悦耳的声音，似乎问的是同样的问题。·我无言以对。是的，这是我的院子，可整天忙于工作，家庭，购物，上电脑，看电影，与太太争吵的我，一年能有几回坐在这里，与自己的“邻居”们一起，享受神美好的创造。感受神的伟大。彭！一只苹果从天而降，砸在草地上。准是淘气的小松鼠干的，她经常吃树上的苹果，然后是咬一半，扔一半。还好，她不是经常把果子拿到大榆树上吃，否则的话，喜欢躺在两棵大榆树之间的吊床上的我就惨啦。

去年种的樱桃树已经成活，深红色的叶子布满了枝头。草莓还是顽强地一个接一个地往外钻，但我知道，它们不够小兔子的一顿茶点。顺其自然，宽容待人，又是我与小兔子相处当中学习到的功课。小松鼠可能已经接受了我这个“不速之客”。她竟然下到离我不到2米远的草坪上觅食。电脑已经晒烫了，可是，我又不愿移到阴凉处，今天就到这里啦。

沙的遐想

清晨的Kingsland花园非常宁静，只有我一个人在小径上慢跑。一圈，两圈，除了脑子里的圈数，就是眼前又弯又长的小径，我能理解为什么有人说跑步没有意思。

稍稍环顾一下四周，呀！修剪整齐的宽阔的草坪，四周环绕着郁郁葱葱的苍松和杨槐。之后是一幢幢掩映在绿树之中的房屋。原来上帝赐给我这么美好的图画。

再抬头望去，片片白云漂浮在空中，之后便是无边无际的蓝色的苍穹。那穹苍深处还有什么，我就不太明白。但我知道与之相比，自己不过是这浩瀚里的一粒沙，享受神创造的美好是我今生的福分。

Curious about how much money people are making? Well, Statistics Canada's most recent report on wages in Canada had some good news, indicating that overall Canadians were making about 2.2% more at the end of 2011 than we were in 2010. So how much are Canadians earning?

The average salary in this country is roughly $883 a week or $46,000 a year.

Only sinks get hot water and bathtub does not. whats wrong?

we have a small apartment complex and every unit gets hot water normally, but one unit only gets water to their sinks and not the bathtub. what could be the problem here?

This is a common problem with moen posi-temp valves it will get plenty of cold water but no hot at all.

You can either call a plumber and have it replaced or do it yourself if your handy with this type of stuff.

The problem is that the cartridge has a piece inside it that is suppose to slide freely this is what allows the hot through and it must be stuck.To repair this you first have to shut the water off to the shower then you remove the handle and the face plate and the silver sleeve that covers the stem,now looking at the stem on the top you will see a flat clip with a hole in it at the top use a needle nose plier and remove the clip (WARNING MAKE SURE THE WATER IS OFF) Once you have removed the clip you can use a pair of pliers and gently pull the stem out of the housing once you have done this (before removing use a marker and mark on the stem top it does matter when reinstalling) just take the stem and give it a tap on the end it doesnt take much usually and do this until when you shake it back and fourth you can hear it sliding inside there then just reassemble DO NOT FORGET TO PUT THE CLIP BACK IN or you will get soaked.In some cases these need replaced but very rarely. good luck.

亲爱的牧师，

到１月１７日，过去的星期二。我已经侍奉主１４年了。很感谢主领我走上属祂的路。
长期以来，我一直冲在教会侍奉的前沿，却忽略了对家庭包括：妻子，孩子及父母，亲戚的侍奉；忽略了对社会，包括：CITY，公司，同事，朋友的侍奉。

导致在很多问题上，即使是和自己的妻子也不能达到一致，更不用讲一些尚未信主的朋友，同事。

侍奉是过属神的生活。包括教会，社会，家庭生活各个方面。当然，也包括参与小组查经和带领小组查经。鉴于我目前的个人情况，我在教会的侍奉是参与，不是带领。请牧师允许。

我们教会是一个年轻，充满生机的教会。

弟兄姐妹在神的事工上非常热情，这是神的恩典，也是神交给牧师的财富。我为他们，也为您的忠心侍奉感谢神。

愿神祝福您和教会众弟兄姊妹
